Make it easier for people in your organization to become familiar with each other. By using face recognition and name labels during meetings, you can match names with faces and help everyone connect.
At the start of a meeting, you can view the names of up to four people on the far-end for the first 60 seconds. Afterward, the name of the person currently speaking briefly appears when they start speaking.
If your organization allows name labels, you can toggle them on or off on your device. When you turn off name labels, they won't appear during your next call. However, if name labels are available, you will still receive them. After the call ends, the name labels are automatically turned back on.
Name labels are not available on transcoded conferences or on soft clients.
