Change the language used for specific call features
If you feel more comfortable in a different language, change the language that Webex displays. Your registered devices also change to the language you choose.
You can change the language displayed in User Hub and used in the following call-related areas:

Phone screen

Voicemail prompts
-
Wrong number announcements
So, if you're more comfortable working in a different language, switch to it in User Hub.
If you decide not to change the preferred language in User Hub, the language set by your administrator at the organizational level is used.

Sign in to User Hub, then click your profile picture and click Language. |

Choose one of the many languages available. If you're unable to change the language, it could be because it's coming from an external source. Contact your administrator for help. The new language is displayed in User Hub and your phone may restart.
